This painting is about waking up and realizing that we are coming home… We are coming home to our spirituality… to the more real of who we are… to the divine within ourselves… to the Divine. And as we awaken to this, we take our Stand.

We have promised the Divine that we will return… and we take our Stand… and we live that life that Stands within the Call of the Divine. We live that life that is full of the Music… of the Essence of what is Divine…

So standing in the Call of the Divine is a very active, alive, and vital movement.

As we begin to take our stand, we awaken to the sorrow within ourselves… the sorrow we have for how many things we have done where we have hurt ourselves and hurt others. At this time… it is so very important to receive forgiveness from the Divine, yes, and also from ourselves for so many choices and actions that have hurt and damaged lives.

In this painting, the Eye is an Eye of Divine Compassion. As you look into this eye, you can find the support and much needed compassion for your forgiveness of yourself first… and then also for your forgiveness of others. You can find the compassion born out of sorrow… for yourself and for others. You can also remember the Call… to Come Home… You can respond to that Call to Come Home. And you can reunite with the Call of the Divine… Coming Home…

You can look deeply into the Eye and receive the courage and direction for taking that Stand…to live the life that you were always meant to live…to live the life that aligns you with 'Coming Home'…a life in which your reality reflects the goodness, truth, and beauty of you really are… a life where you are creating new futures [and a life that reflects these new futures now] …futures that you would not have even thought before… to dream.
